What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Conducting market appraisals and winning new instructions
• Managing property sales from listing through to completion
• Building lasting client relationships and providing expert advice
• Generating new business through prospecting and networking
• Supporting junior negotiators and contributing to team success
• Maintaining knowledge of the local market and property trends

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Significant experience in residential property sales
• Proven success in listing and valuing properties
• Confident communicator with persuasive negotiation skills
• Smart, professional, and customer-focused
• Self-motivated, articulate, and highly ambitious
• Local area knowledge (desirable)
• Full UK driving licence (essential)
