Senior Sales Negotiator - Estate Agency

People 4 Property are delighted to be working with a highly successful independent estate agency who are looking to recruit an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join their busy and established team in Epsom.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious estate agency professional who is passionate about property, enjoys working in a fast-paced sales environment, and is motivated by delivering exceptional service and results for clients.

As a Senior Sales Negotiator you will play a key role within the sales team and will be responsible for:

• Registering and qualifying buyers
• Conducting property viewings
• Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers
• Managing relationships with vendors and purchasers
• Progressing sales through to completion
• Generating new business opportunities
• Promoting additional services such as mortgage and conveyancing referrals
• Delivering exceptional customer service at all times

• Monday - Thursday: 08:30 - 18:00
• Friday & Saturday: 08:30 - 17:00
• Sunday: Closed

A day off is given in lieu when working a Saturday, making this effectively a five-day working week.

• Basic Salary: £18,000 - £25,000 (depending on experience)
• On Target Earnings: £35,000 - £55,000
• Commission starting at 6% increasing to 8%
• 4-month financial guarantee (TBC)
• Car allowance (typically £150 per month+)
• Multiple additional performance incentives
• Opportunity to work within a well-established and respected independent estate agency

• Previous estate agency sales experience is essential
• Proven ability to negotiate and close deals
• Target driven and motivated by success
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Professional and confident approach
• Full UK driving licence
