What You'll Be Doing:

Driving net new business across the UK & Europe

Selling complex, high-value engineering & digital services

️ Shaping the go-to-market strategy and UK sales approach

Working closely with global delivery and marketing teams

Building toward leadership of a UK sales team as growth unfolds

Who You Are:

A senior-level sales professional in IT consulting, digital transformation, or software services

Proven track record of closing new business with enterprise or high-growth clients

Deep experience selling offshore or nearshore software development services (essential)

Strategic mindset - able to scale operations from 0 to 1 (and beyond)

Entrepreneurial, driven, and comfortable wearing multiple hats

UK-based, with a solid network and strong commercial instincts
