Job Description

DaParrot Ltd. is seeking a Senior Sales Compensation Analyst in Dublin hybrid mode. The role owns monthly incentive calculations in Xactly Incent and delivers payment files to Payroll within the close window.

You will reconcile results across Salesforce, HR, payroll, and Finance, investigating discrepancies in credits, quotas, rates, currencies, and adjustments. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years in incentive compensation or commission operations, advanced Excel skills, and strong communication
