1. Ensuring the highest level of customer care, aligned with Balmain's specific service standards.
2. Building and maintaining a loyal client base through personalized service.
3. Maintaining organization, cleanliness, and restocking the store.
4. Collaborating with the team to meet brand and store objectives.
5. Adhering to Balmain policies and procedures.
6. Managing the stock room efficiently to maximize sales.
7. Minimizing stock loss through weekly inventories and stock takes.
8. Handling back-of-house activities and stock room administration.

This role requires at least 5 years of relevant experience within a prestigious Couture House. Experience in a department store, especially Harrods, is highly desirable.

Applicants should be familiar with luxury brand service standards and possess a client book of potential high-value clients.

Regular attendance and punctuality are essential.

Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, are required; knowledge of a second language is a plus.

Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
