Your responsibilities include:- Ensuring the highest level of customer care, aligned with Balmain's specific service standards.
- Building and maintaining a loyal client base through personalized service.
- Maintaining organization, cleanliness, and restocking the store.
- Collaborating with the team to meet brand and store objectives.
- Adhering to Balmain policies and procedures.
- Managing the stock room efficiently to maximize sales.
- Minimizing stock loss through weekly inventories and stock takes.
- Handling back-of-house activities and stock room administration.
This role requires at least 5 years of relevant experience within a prestigious Couture House. Experience in a department store, especially Harrods, is highly desirable.
Applicants should be familiar with luxury brand service standards and possess a client book of potential high-value clients.
Regular attendance and punctuality are essential.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, are required; knowledge of a second language is a plus.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
