Senior Rider Onboarding Ops Lead UKI - 6 Month FTC

Deliveroo is seeking a Senior Rider Onboarding Associate for a 6-month Fixed Term Contract. This remote, field-based role has roots in major UK hubs and focuses on building and scaling the rider onboarding ecosystem to secure fleet capacity for the marketplace.

You will work across Rider Enablement and Onboarding teams, travel across the UKI, and drive a 12-month plan while partnering with Rider Support and Product to improve onboarding systems.
