Senior RF IC Design Engineer

A great opportunity for a Senior RF IC Design Engineer to join a global Semiconductor company at the forefront of next-generation automotive and industrial products. This role can be based from our client's office in Berlin, or could also be hybrid.

The Senior RF IC Design Engineer will design and integrate cutting-edge RF/mmWave IPs and ICs for high-frequency circuits used in radar applications.

Responsibilities will include:

1. Working on the design of complex transceiver blocks
2. Working on the design of high frequency integrated circuits that operate within ranges including 60 GHz and 20 GHz
3. Design of design work and participation in design reviews
4. Providing technical expertise and mentoring junior team members

The successful RF IC Design Engineer will have:

1. A technical degree, either within Electrical Engineering / Computer Science or similar
2. Solid understanding of RF CMOS circuit design and transceiver architectures
3. Familiarity with layout design and verification tools
4. Excellent communication skills and the ability to take responsibility for complex circuit and system designs within delivery timescales
