Job Description
Senior Reward & Performance Manager

Linklaters is a global law firm. We are looking for a Senior Reward & Performance Manager to lead the delivery of reward and performance programmes across the UK.

Responsibilities
  • Own pay and performance cycles end to end, acting as the go to expert for reward.
  • Lead annual pay, bonus and performance cycles.
  • Shape and deliver reward strategy in the UK market.
  • Provide expert advice on hires, promotions and retention.
  • Use data and benchmarking to inform decisions.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders and manage Reward Advisors.
Qualifications
  • Strong reward experience in a complex or global environment.
  • Proven delivery of end to end reward programmes.
  • Deep understanding of UK pay practices and employment landscape.
  • Confident influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Analytical and commercially minded.
