Senior Residential Site Manager - Timber Frame & Traditional Build

O'Neill & Brennan is seeking an experienced Site Manager for holiday cover on a residential development in Cardiff. This role involves overseeing a team in delivering both traditional and timber frame homes. The contract is initially for four weeks, possibly extending to six.

The successful candidate will supervise operations, maintain high health and safety standards, and ensure project timelines are met.

Qualifications required include SMSTS, First Aid at Work, and a CSCS Card. The role offers a competitive rate of up to £310 per day.
