Senior Residential Block Manager Hybrid (Surrey)

Block Recruit is seeking an experienced Block Manager to oversee a portfolio of large residential blocks and estates. The role offers hybrid working from home and Surrey head office, with a base salary of £40,000-£45,000 plus commissions and benefits, including private healthcare and enhanced pension.

You will lead site visits, budgets, and major works projects, acting as the main contact for directors, freeholders and residents, with some evenings for AGMs.
