Ripple International is a small independent insights-based strategy and research consultancy based in West London.
We are an agile, team-orientated agency working as strategic insight partners with our clients and have a proven track record of providing insightful, actionable findings.
We now have the chance to add to our dynamic team and are looking for a dedicated and experienced Senior Research Executive with a background in either qualitative or quantitative Healthcare/Lifesciences research to join our team.
You will work on varied international projects, supporting the team to manage and deliver multi-country strategic insight projects for a range of global Pharmaceutical, Lifesciences and Biotech clients.

• Will be involved at all stages of the research process from managing fieldwork and agencies to developing materials and presentations
• Can bring research findings to life through developing visually engaging output
• Confident and comfortable communicating with both agencies and clients
• Able to tackle multiple projects and challenges with continued enthusiasm
Your Skills and Experience
Experience in market research specifically within the healthcare/pharmaceuticals sector (at least 3-4 years but more even better). Ability to bring your knowledge of working on international/multi-country projects.
• Must have experience of qualitative research techniques (and some broad quantitative experience)
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Good communication skills - both verbal and written
• Ability to multi-task under pressure and work to tight deadlines
How you will spend your time
You will work across pharma, Healthcare and Lifesciences insight projects from start to finish whilst gaining valuable experience across a variety of techniques and methodologies. We expect you to be involved much more as your role develops:
• Designing / managing / leading (depending on experience) projects
• Working with senior colleagues to produce insightful and actionable deliverables
• Project related tasks including interviewing, data interpretation, design of field materials, project management
• Delving into quantitative and qualitative data
