As a Senior Regulatory Scientist at the Senior Director level, you will play a pivotal role in shaping regulatory pathways for upcoming products in the EMEA region. Your in-depth EU clinical regulatory experience will underpin critical submissions, ensuring seamless approval processes and compliance with regional standards. This role offers a hybrid working model, with a flexible schedule aimed at fostering collaboration and strategic leadership.

Required Skills
  • Extensive experience in EU and UK clinical regulatory submissions and compliance.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage cross functional teams and external stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of regional regulatory frameworks, guidelines, and policies.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to interface effectively with health authorities and internal teams.
  • Ability to interpret complex regulatory data and provide strategic guidance.
  • Strong problem solving skills and the ability to operate under tight deadlines.
Nice to Have Skills
  • Experience with global regulatory submissions beyond the EU and UK.
  • Familiarity with regulatory software and submission platforms.
  • Previous exposure to pharmaceutical or biotech product development.
  • Additional language skills relevant to the EMEA region.
Preferred Education and Experience
  • Advanced degree in Life Sciences, Regulatory Affairs, Pharmacy, or related field.
  • 10+ years of regulatory experience, with prior senior leadership roles in a pharmaceutical or biotech environment.
  • Prior experience working on diverse product portfolios across multiple markets in the EU/UK.
