Senior Regional People Partner, UK, Nordics & Benelux

Meltwater Group is seeking a Sr People Business Partner to drive HR initiatives across the UK, Nordics, and Benelux. You will partner with leadership to implement effective people strategies and innovative HR solutions. This pivotal role supports compensation management, employee relations, and talent programs.

The ideal candidate has 4-6 years of HR experience, preferably in technology, and must communicate fluently in English and Swedish. A hybrid work schedule requires in-office presence two days per week.
