About the role

Location: 2 days in the Keele office.

Salary: £25,500-27,500

As a Sourcer, you will take ownership of active and passive talent for our client accounts, ensuring that SLA's and performance targets are met. Where appropriate, update clients, Account Managers, and Recruitment Business Partners with progress of delivery against requirements.

What you'll be doing
  • Collaborate with Recruiters, Account Managers, Recruitment Business Partners, and hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
  • Achieve set KPI's and SLAs.
  • Understand client/programme processes and adhere to LEAN methodologies.
  • Manage candidates from pre-screen to offer management or rejection from the interview process where appropriate.
  • Utilise advanced search techniques to identify candidates on databases, through networking, recommendations, or via the Internet within agreed SLA timescales.
  • Conduct market mapping, including competitor and geographic research.
  • Create and manage "talent pools" for frequently hired roles.
  • Directly contact candidates to qualify interest and encourage applications.
  • Post roles on appropriate sites and media, ensuring wording and formatting meet brand and guidelines.
  • Manage responses to advertisements and provide feedback to unsuccessful candidates.
  • Conduct initial screening against pre-agreed criteria; if needed, initiate additional sourcing activities to strengthen the pipeline.
  • Prepare shortlists for Recruiters, Account Managers, or Recruitment Business Partners for final selection.
  • Adhere to all documented processes and procedures, including operations manual, SLA, technology processes, and internal policies.
  • Manage processes and data via ATS/CRM/VMS platforms.
  • Schedule interviews and send confirmations.
  • Conduct competency-based telephone interviews.
  • Request online testing and review results against benchmarks.
  • Achieve personal direct recruitment targets.
  • Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
About you
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
  • Experience in candidate sourcing, including internet, offline databases, networking, and social media.
  • Strong organizational skills to prioritize and perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
  • Teamwork and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency with market research tools, Microsoft Office, CRM, and ATS systems.
