Senior Recruitment Consultant

Search are recruiting for a Senior Recruitment Consultant (Perms) for their Business Support team in Dundee. This role offers a fast-track management opportunity, with a basic salary of £30,000, plus car allowance, and uncapped commission.

Once promoted to management, you'll receive a pay increase and additional bonus opportunities.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Dundee. As a Senior Recruiter, you will be a key figure in our team, leading by example and inspiring colleagues. You will support your manager in identifying development areas and deputise in their absence.

Key responsibilities:

• Business development, including cold calling and managing existing relationships
• Supporting high-calibre candidates in securing career-changing opportunities with top-tier clients
• Building rapport with clients through networking and attending events
• Applying creative solutions to recruitment challenges for clients and candidates
• Managing and closing complex, lucrative deals
• Maintaining key client relationships and exceeding expectations

You will be supported with existing clients but will also be expected to develop new business.

Interviews will be held in May, with a start date in June.
