Senior Recruitment Consultant

We're looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant or Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. This is a remote role, with bi-monthly travel to the office in Wilmslow. You'll have the autonomy to run your desk your way, backed by a supportive leadership team, a strong brand, and a great commission scheme that properly rewards performance.

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing the full 360 recruitment lifecycle, from briefing through to placement
• Building and nurturing long-term client relationships
• Sourcing, engaging and advising high-quality candidates within your specialism
• Acting as a trusted consultant to both clients and candidates
• Developing your desk through business development and account growth
• Collaborating with the wider team to share knowledge, ideas and wins

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant
• Background in Marketing, Digital, Creative or Tech recruitment preferred
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• A consultative, quality-driven approach to recruitment
• Someone who thrives with autonomy but enjoys being part of a team
• Motivated, commercially aware and genuinely passionate about recruitment
