Senior Recruitment Consultant - London

Who are we looking for?

• We are looking to speak to recruitment consultants with 2-5 years experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in either finance or technology sectors, however we are open to hearing from candidates who want to recruit in Private Equity.
• We have opportunities on both perm and interim desks across UK, USA & Europe markets.
• You will have a history in delivery of revenue targets and demonstratable billings history.
• Experienced in business development, pitching for new business, winning clients and managing client processes.

What will the role involve?

• Proactively develop new client relationships through cold calling and client meetings
• Identify, explore and maximise new business opportunities and pursue leads
• Market map clients, gathering information
• Maintain and develop existing client relationships through visits and calls
• Provide consultative services and market intelligence to clients
• Pitch formally for new business
• Negotiate fee rates at the appropriate rates
• Cross sell across Finatal teams and locations
• Seek to secure retained business, or to gain exclusivity with both new and existing clients
• Develop and drive a client strategy for your desk
• Defend the business from risk by working to agreed client agreements and adhering to ethical, legal and compliance requirements.
