Senior Recruitment Adviser

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver the recruitment strategy for each new vacancy
• Proactively create, build, and maintain talent communities and candidate networks
• Coach hiring managers to be brand advocates and assist in developing interview and selection processes
• Ensure all vacancies are advertised in line with brand guidelines
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience at every touchpoint

Requirements

• Exposure and understanding of professional services/consulting organisations
• Experience of delivering exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience
• Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment with a strong focus on direct sourcing across multiple channels (LinkedIn recruiter, talent pools and market mapping)
• Experience of dealing with multiple vacancies across Advisory service lines
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
• Consistent delivery of exceptional candidate experience
• Proactive relationship management and market insight
