Job Description
Role Overview

Senior Recruitment Adviser (12 month fixed term contract).

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies for new vacancies within the designated business area, applying a direct sourcing mindset.
  • Proactively build, maintain and grow talent communities and candidate networks.
  • Take full brief for each vacancy, gaining deep understanding of the business area and hiring team.
  • Coach hiring managers to become brand advocates and support them in designing interview and selection processes.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and colleagues to develop and maintain a large network of candidate referrals for future hires.
  • Ensure all vacancies are advertised in line with brand guidelines and manage multiple recruitment channels (e.g., social media, LinkedIn Recruiter).
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience at every touchpoint, ensuring timely, transparent, human centred communication.
Qualifications
  • Exposure and understanding of professional services/consulting organisations.
  • Proven end to end recruitment experience with a strong focus on direct sourcing across multiple channels.
  • Experience managing multiple vacancies across advisory service lines.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, influence, advise and manage expectations at pace.
  • Consistent delivery of exceptional candidate experience from outreach to onboarding.
  • Positive energy, genuine passion for recruitment, continuous improvement mindset, and willingness to embrace change.
  • Evidence of building, nurturing and activating talent communities, creating an always on pipeline of engaged candidates.
