We're Hiring: Senior Recruiter (Europe) - Full-time Hybrid

Languages: English & Dutch (required)

Region: European recruitment focus

Are you a passionate, experienced recruiter who thrives in an international and fast-paced environment? We're looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our team and drive recruitment strategies across multiple European countries.

What You'll Do:

Partner with HR and hiring managers to define and execute recruitment strategies

Source, screen, and interview candidates across Europe

Manage relationships with external agencies and universities

Coordinate interviews and ensure an excellent candidate experience

Support onboarding, background checks, and offer negotiations

Focus on diversity hiring and continuous process improvement

Conduct stay and exit interviews, and support internal mobility

Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies

What You Bring:

Bachelor's degree in HR or equivalent experience

5+ years of progressive recruitment experience (in-house or agency)

Fluent in English and Dutch

Strong knowledge of HR systems (e.g., SuccessFactors) and MS Office

Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills

Experience recruiting across Europe is a strong plus

Knowledge of additional European languages (French/German) is a bonus
