Position Overview

The Senior Recruiter serves as a trusted talent acquisition partner, leading recruitment strategies that support organizational growth and workforce planning objectives. The role manages the full recruitment lifecycle, enhances sourcing effectiveness, and ensures a seamless, high-quality candidate experience that strengthens the company's employer brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment activities from requisition through offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
• Source, screen, and evaluate qualified candidates using various recruiting channels.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
• Support offer development, background checks, and onboarding activities.
• Manage relationships with external recruiting partners and vendors.
• Analyze recruiting data and support process improvement initiatives.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Required Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High degree of confidentiality.
• Strong selling and representing WCT as a first-class employer.
• Assertiveness in driving recruitment process with hiring managers.
• Experience supporting recruitment within Clinical Operations or the clinical research industry.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of related recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Demonstrated core competencies: communication, organization, relationship management, problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous recruitment experience within a corporate or agency environment considered an advantage.
• Experience working within Workday ATS is a plus.
