Senior Recruiter - Full-Cycle, Growth & Equity

Datadog is seeking a Recruiter who will be the face of recruiting, shaping how we grow and the candidate experience. You will source, screen, and close top talent for open roles and partner with leadership to optimize interview processes.

You'll manage the candidate journey from outreach to offer, negotiate compensation, and ensure an excellent interview experience in a hybrid Dublin environment. You will be the face of recruiting at Datadog, driving a fast-paced, candidate-centric process and
