Senior Rail Commercial Manager Strategy and Negotiations

Network Rail is seeking a Senior Commercial Manager to drive commercial strategies across complex, multi organisational programmes in the railway sector. The role requires governance, pre/post-contract procurement, and leadership in ensuring value and risk management.

The position can be based in London or York with a hybrid work arrangement (3 days in the office). You will negotiate with contractors, manage frameworks, and mentor commercial staff to deliver successful project outcomes.
