Senior Rail Commercial Lead (Remote-Eligible)

Balfour Beatty plc is recruiting a Senior Commercial Manager to lead the Commercial function across Civils, Building, P-way and Signalling in Wales & Western. You will work with the programme director and finance manager to drive commercial strategy and maximise margins.

You will manage a team of surveyors, oversee governance, and engage with key clients such as Network Rail and Transport for Wales, while mentoring staff through the project lifecycle.
