Senior Quantity Surveyor

We are currently recruiting an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor for a well-established civil engineering contractor. This is a hybrid role; the ideal candidate will be based in the Dublin region, supporting multiple live projects across Dublin.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cost management, budgeting and forecasting
• Preparation of BOQs, valuations, variations and final accounts
• Contract administration and subcontractor management
• Tendering, procurement and commercial reporting
• Liaising with project managers, site teams and external stakeholders
• Maintaining strong commercial control across multiple projects

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a Quantity Surveyor role
• Experience in civil engineering or infrastructure projects
• Strong commercial and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities
• Proficiency in Excel and QS software
• Full driving licence and willingness to travel as required
