The Company:
Are you a Senior Quantity Surveyor looking for a new role/challenge?
Do you have experience within the Industrial/Warehouse or Leisure sector?
Our client is a fledgling Main Contractor with a regional office located along the M1 corridor. They currently enjoy a turnover of £70 million and operate within 3 key sectors: Leisure, Multi-rooms & Industrial Warehouse, with the majority of the schemes they deliver being of a new build nature.

Having recently secured 2 New Build projects with a contract value of £15 million each, it is an ideal time for the client to strengthen their Commercial Team with the introduction of a Senior QS. You will have an AQS working closely with you and you will report directly to the Commercial Director/Owner.

About You:

1. Experience of commercially & contractually managing a scheme up to the value of £10 million.
2. Previous experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor.
3. Reside within commutable distance of Reading.
4. Experience of working within the construction industry for a main contractor.
