Senior Quantity Surveyor

Role

We are seeking dynamic and ambitious Quantity Surveyors eager to gain experience on major projects within a leading consultancy.

These roles require flexibility and mobility but offer a clear path to senior positions. They are ideal for individuals passionate about delivering exceptional service and aspiring to be recognized as experts in their field.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with tier one main contractors on civils/infrastructure projects. Since this is a consultancy role, the ability to work effectively in a client-facing environment is essential.

Responsibilities

• Providing commercial support on major construction projects
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients
• Ensuring projects adhere to contractual agreements
• Managing account preparation and liaising with senior management
• Knowledge of standard forms of contract, including NEC and JCT
• Understanding claims preparation and dispute avoidance

Individual

• BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying
• Membership of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (preferred)
• Experience in infrastructure/civils
• Knowledge of NEC contracts
• Presentable and articulate
• Collaborative team player
