Senior Quantity Surveyor - NEC4 Major Prison Projects London

London £65,000-£80,000 + Package Long-Term Government Programme

We're working with a leading UK consultancy delivering some of the most high-profile public sector infrastructure schemes, and they're looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor with strong NEC4 contract experience, ideally gained in the custodial, justice or secure estates sectors.

This is a long-term secured programme involving the delivery of major new-build prison projects - complex, high-security environments requiring meticulous commercial control and client stakeholder engagement.

What they're looking for:

• Proven experience as a QS or Senior QS on large-scale infrastructure or public sector building projects.
• Strong working knowledge of NEC4 contracts (Option C ideally).
• Experience working within the custodial/prisons/secure estates environment is highly desirable.
• Pre- and post-contract experience across full RIBA stages.
• Able to manage cost planning, change control, valuations, and client reporting with confidence.
• Ideally MRICS.
