Senior Quantity Surveyor - Retrofit & Social Housing Hybrid

MMP Consultancy is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor for a permanent role across the North West, supporting the SHF-funded retrofit programme from Oldham. The role offers hybrid working between site, home, and a regional office.

You'll be responsible for commercial management, cost control, and liaison with clients and residents, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget. A degree in QS and experience in social housing are required.
