Senior Quantity Surveyor - Offsite Construction Lead

Vision Built, a Sisk Company, is a leading offsite construction provider delivering modular and panelised building solutions. The Senior Quantity Surveyor role can be based in Waterford, Dublin, Galway or Sligo with nationwide travel.

You will own the commercial management of projects, collaborating with Contracts and Project Managers to maximise commercial returns. You will lead procurement, prepare forecasts, manage variations, and ensure contract compliance across multiple contract forms.
