Senior Quantity Surveyor - NEC Contract Specialist

Turnbull is recruiting an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join the Commercial team on the Sizewell C project. You will manage change via CEMAR, support Monthly Applications for Payment, and provide commercial guidance to site teams.

You'll prepare internal valuations, cost and value reports, forecast costs, and mentor junior staff while helping maximize opportunities and minimise risk. A NEC contract background, strong Excel skills, and ability to handle multiple projects (£10k to £10m) are
