Job Description
Esh Group's Esh Living division, based in Leeds, seeks a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead commercial management across multiple schemes. You will oversee cost control, contract administration, and financial reporting to ensure delivery of medium-to-large-scale housing projects.
The role requires a strong track record in complex construction portfolios, with a minimum 5 years as a QS, knowledge of JCT/NEC contracts, and proficiency in MS Office.
