Job Description

Randstad CPE seeks a Commercial Lead / Senior Quantity Surveyor for a live high-rise residential tower project in the UK. The role covers full pre-construction and post-construction management, from procurement through to site execution, CVRs, variations and final accounts.

Initial 6-month contract with strong extension potential; day rate only (Inside IR35 or CIS). Start ASAP on a live project with procurement activity underway.
