Certain Advantage is hiring for a Senior Quantity Surveyor based either in London, Birmingham or Manchester. This role is permanent with some national travel required. MEP experience within data centre projects is essential for this position.

It often works on large scale projects like corporate headquarters, hospitals, airports, and smart city developments, ensuring they're efficient, environmentally responsible, and future ready.
Your responsibilities- Take ownership of pre and post contract services across multiple projects
- Provide expert commercial and financial guidance to clients
- Prepare Bills of Quantities (BoQs), tender documentation, and feasibility studies
- Oversee procurement, contract administration, valuations, and payments
- Maximise cost efficiency and project profitability
- Manage claims, resolve disputes, and support successful outcomes
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellence and grow the business
- Main Contractor experience
- Proven experience in both pre and post contract stages
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Commercial awareness with a strategic mindset
- A proactive, results driven approach and ability to lead
- A collaborative attitude and professional presence
