Senior Quantity Surveyor - Cost & Contracts Leader

McGuinness Mechanical in Dublin is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to drive commercial outcomes on our Construction Division projects. You'll manage cost control, budgets and subcontractor agreements, working with project teams to deliver on time and within budget.

The role requires 3-5 years' QS experience, strong negotiation and contract knowledge, and proficiency in cost estimation and financial analysis. Travel to Greater Dublin sites is required; a driving license is preferred.
