Position SummaryWe are looking for a dedicated Senior QA Analyst to join our internal team on a full-time basis. This role is ideal for a committed professional passionate about driving quality and collaborating closely with product, development, and DevOps teams. You will take ownership of quality assurance processes, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Key Responsibilities- Architect, develop, and maintain scalable automated test suites using tools like Playwright, Cypress, Jest/Vitest, and Postman.
- Execute comprehensive manual exploratory, integration, and load testing using tools such as JMeter.
- Translate business and technical requirements into detailed test plans covering functional, regression, localization, geofencing, timezone, and performance testing.
- Manage test environments leveraging Docker and integrate with CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to embed QA into agile workflows and ensure continuous improvement.
- Conduct cross-browser and cross-device testing to guarantee consistent user experience.
- Validate third-party integrations including payment gateways and booking APIs.
- Utilize mobile debugging tools (ADB, Xcode) and browser developer tools to troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Proven senior-level experience in QA automation and manual testing across web and mobile platforms.
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, database testing (SQL), and CI/CD integration.
- Expertise in scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Bash.
- Hands-on experience with load testing tools (e.g., JMeter).
- Proficient in Docker and containerized testing environments.
- Familiarity with test management tools like Allure or TestRail.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
- Experience working in agile teams with rapid release cycles.
- Background in travel, aviation, or other mission-critical service industries.
- Experience testing under offline or intermittent network conditions.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid or remote setting, based in or near Barcelona.
