Senior Quantity SurveyorLondon (Hybrid 2 days in the office)£65,000 - £75,000 + Development + Training + Excellent BenefitsCommercial Manager role available for a nationally recognised organisation where you will be involved in an exciting, technical challenging role.Are you a commercially aware candidate who has experience working on large Infrastructure Projects?This organisation is at the heart of the British transport network and are considered as a huge part within the UK's expansion plans. as the company continue to grow they are looking to bring on a Senior QS/Commercial Manager to support the management of budgets, contracts & commercial agreements.The company itself are the UK's biggest rail network and employ circa 2000 staff. It's a fantastic an opportunity to work for an exciting organisation where you will be working on an exciting project, in turn you will receive training, development, and a generous benefits package.The ideal candidate will have 5 years QS experience and a background of delivering large programmes of work.The Role:

• Commercial Manager/QS
• Management of contracts and commercial agreements
• NEC contracts
• Rail systems contracts
• Running packages on a day to day basis
• Hybrid role (2 days from either site or office and 3 days WFH)

The Person:

• QS or Commercial Manager (circa 4/5 years exp)
• Worked on large infrastructure projects
• Ideally NEC contracts experience
