The Role: Senior QA Tester - Banking Sector

Location: Lisbon

Work Model: Hybrid (2x per week at the office)

️ Languages: English (Mandatory) French (Mandatory, B2 minimum)

Eligibility: Currently living in Portugal and legally authorized to work there

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Senior QA Tester to join our quality assurance team in a dynamic banking environment. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in both automated and manual testing, a keen eye for software quality, and the ability to collaborate with international teams.

Your Profile

• Solid experience as a QA Tester, preferably in banking or financial projects.
• Robot Framework - mandatory.
• Git - practical experience required.
• Playwright - nice to have.
• Proficient in English and French (minimum B2).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with other test automation tools.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated tests using Robot Framework.
• Execute manual tests for critical banking applications.
• Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and documentation.
• Collaborate with development teams and stakeholders to ensure software quality.
• Participate in requirement and specification reviews to identify potential issues.
• Report and track bugs, ensuring proper resolution.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes.
