Senior QA Engineer (Siebel CRM) - Freelance

We are looking for a freelance Senior QA Engineer to join a critical project focused on ensuring the quality and stability of complex enterprise systems.

You will work on improving test coverage, validating system integrations, and ensuring the reliability of applications through comprehensive testing and collaboration with development teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute regression test suites
• Perform integration testing across multiple systems
• Test APIs and WebServices (SOAP / REST) using tools such as SoapUI
• Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA, ALM, or Azure DevOps
• Produce clear test cases, documentation, and reports
• Collaborate with development teams to resolve issues

Requirements

• Strong experience in regression and integration testing
• Experience with API testing
• Experience with Siebel CRM
• Experience using defect management tools
• Advanced English (B2/C1)

Nice to Have

• Basic SQL knowledge
• Understanding of Order Management processes

Project Details

• Contract: Freelance via Shakers

• Hybrid model - 1 day per week in Lisbon or Porto
