Senior QA Engineer

We are seeking a Senior QA Engineer to join a leading global financial technology organisation. In this role, you'll be a key player in embedding quality throughout the software development lifecycle. You will lead and execute comprehensive testing strategies across product releases, including system integration, user acceptance, and functional testing.

What You'll Do

• Develop and implement robust test plans and automation strategies.

• Perform GUI testing, risk analysis, test estimation, and feature sizing.

• Ensure comprehensive test coverage across multiple layers of the technology stack.

• Collaborate with global Agile teams to improve release velocity and production health.

• Mentor junior associates and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• 6+ years in Quality Engineering.

• Strong experience with Java/JavaScript and Java-based testing frameworks.

• Proficiency in RDBMS, REST API, and tools like SQL and Postman.

• Hands on experience with Cucumber/Gherkin, Cypress, and automation frameworks.

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Git.

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and defect tracking tools (Jira, Xray).

• Financial services experience is a plus.
