Department Description
Our Global Regulatory practice covers a wide range of areas including providing advice on public procurement, subsidy control law issues and government contracts. The practice advises clients on procurement rules, designing and running and taking part in tender processes and helping clients to bring and defend procurement challenges.
Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities
Technical Ability
- Possesses good working knowledge and understanding of the legal principles associated with the scope of work outlined above; proactively develops this knowledge further.
- Shows awareness of legal developments affecting any specialist areas and regularly attends appropriate training sessions.
- Ability to lead transactions, as appropriate and depending on their complexity, reporting directly to the supervising partner.

Person Specification
We have openings for first rate senior public procurement and government contract lawyers.
Experience gained within a top tier firm is preferred. It is essential that candidates have a strong academic background (minimum 2.1 degree) with excellent written communication and drafting skills. The successful candidates will also have outstanding technical skills, together with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues and work well in a team.
