Senior Property Services Advisor - Hybrid Customer Support

Metropolitan Thames Valley in Beeston seeks a Senior Customer Service Advisor to join the Customer Contact team for a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will handle property repair queries across channels, delivering a high standard of service during a 37.5-hour week.

Working hours are 8am-6pm, Monday-Friday, on a rotating schedule at Beeston. After training, there is flexibility to work remotely on a 10am-6pm shift. Full training and ongoing development are provided.
