Senior Property Lead - Build-to-Suit & National Estate

NHS Supply Chain is seeking a Property Manager to oversee a national portfolio of offices and distribution centres. Hybrid working is offered with travel to various sites, including Nottingham. The role includes commercial oversight, build-to-suit projects, lease events and governance across the estate.

You will lead negotiations, develop business cases for government approvals, and ensure value for money while managing complex commercial information in a fast-paced programme environment.
