Senior Property & Planning Lawyer - Lead Team

London Borough of Redbridge is seeking a highly experienced Principal Lawyer Property & Planning to join the Council's legal team in Ilford. You will lead the Property & Planning Legal Team and provide expert advice on landlord/tenant matters, planning, and related agreements.

The successful candidate will hold a Solicitor, Barrister, FILEX or equivalent qualification, have advocacy experience, and be capable of managing a team of lawyers within a local government environment.
