A Senior Project Manager/Construction Manager is needed by one of our clients to join a high-profile substation project in Glasgow, Scotland. This is a permanent role covering construction, installation, and commissioning phases, offering a competitive salary and benefits.

You will be responsible for leading multidisciplinary teams through the full project life cycle, managing budgets and P&L, overseeing subcontractor relationships, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within scope.

Requirements

• Extensive experience managing EPC substation projects
• Proven expertise in budget control, P&L management, and contract strategy
• Strong knowledge of NEC/FIDIC contracts and CDM regulations
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and coordinating subcontractors
