Fawkes & Reece are working with a leading Tier 1 contractor, who are looking to appoint an experienced Senior M&E Project Manager to join their London team.

This opportunity offers a unique setup - while operating within the MEP subcontracting division, there's also a self-delivery element, collaborating directly with the same business acting as the main contractor on major London projects.

The successful candidate will be involved throughout the full project lifecycle, from bidding and tendering through pre-construction, design, and delivery, leading the MEP delivery on high-profile schemes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full M&E project lifecycle from pre-construction through delivery
• Manage design coordination, procurement, and installation
• Support bid and tender submissions with technical and commercial input
• Oversee project teams, subcontractors, and client relationships
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and commercial standards

Requirements

• Proven experience in M&E project management for a main or Tier 1 contractor
• Strong technical background in building services engineering
• Experience leading large-scale London-based projects
• Excellent communication, leadership, and commercial awareness
