Senior Project Manager: Hybrid, AI-Driven Change Leader

Oak Furnitureland is seeking a Senior Project Manager to work from our Head Office in Swindon. The role sits between execution and strategic leadership, driving planning and delivery of cross-functional, technical initiatives with autonomy and governance oversight.

You will embed a structured PMO framework, align IT/development work with business goals, and champion AI-driven tools to automate processes and reporting. Hybrid work includes two days in the office (Tue/Thu) and three days remote.
