Senior Project Manager Healthcare - 5 months+ - NL - ASAP

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager, who can lead and coordinate national healthcare digitalization projects focused on medication exchange and pharmacy monitoring. Manage project delivery across multiple stakeholders, ensuring compliance with Dutch healthcare regulations, project timelines, and governance requirements.

Tasks:
* Manage end-to-end delivery of healthcare digitalization projects.
* Coordinate government stakeholders, healthcare providers, and technical delivery teams.
* Drive project planning, risk management, reporting, and milestone tracking.
* Ensure compliance with Dutch healthcare regulations and project governance.
* Support testing, deployment, and stakeholder communication throughout the project life cycle.

Skills:
* 8-10 years of experience as a Senior Project Manager.
* Proven experience delivering healthcare or public sector IT projects.
* Strong knowledge of Dutch healthcare regulations.
* Experience with GP or Pharmacy Information Systems (AIS/PHIS) is highly desirable.
* Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, communication, and project governance skills.
* Native/fluent-level Dutch and fluent English.

Details:
Start: Mid-August 2026 (before 1 September 2026)
Duration: Until end of 2026 (extension possible)
Workload: Full-time (40 hours/week)
Location: 3 days/week onsite in Province of Limburg (NL), 2 days/week remote; monthly presence required in Utrecht area
Language: Dutch (native/proficient), English
