Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for planning, execution, and delivery of civil engineering works
• Lead project teams, managing resources, subcontractors, and stakeholders effectively
• Ensure strict adherence to project programme, cost controls, and quality standards
• Oversee health, safety, and environmental compliance at all stages of delivery
• Monitor and report on progress, providing accurate updates and forecasts to senior management
• Drive problem resolution and implement corrective measures as required
• Lead contract management in collaboration with commercial teams

Must-have Requirements

• Significant experience managing civil or infrastructure projects as a Project Manager
• Proven track record of delivering works under NEC or similar contract frameworks
• Comprehensive understanding of engineering principles and construction methodologies
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent organisational and risk management capability
